氣浮設(shè)備的操作流程:
1、氣浮機(jī)的調(diào)試:
a先將氣浮池內(nèi)灌滿清水,開啟回流泵的進(jìn)、出水閥及釋放閥,關(guān)掉射流器的進(jìn)水和吸氣閥。
b啟動(dòng)回流泵;
c在溶氣罐注水至泵的自身壓力上升到0.45——0.65MPa之間,緩慢打開射流器的進(jìn)水閥,調(diào)至罐內(nèi)壓力于0.45——0.5MPa,微開進(jìn)氣閥入微量空氣,使罐內(nèi)壓力調(diào)至0.35——0.42MPa之間。
d待溶氣系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定后,釋放器放出大量的氣泡,即可準(zhǔn)備入水運(yùn)行,整個(gè)過程約須15分鐘。
e正常情況下,每次開機(jī)只須按2)、4)兩個(gè)步驟進(jìn)行;啟動(dòng)回流泵待溶氣系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定。
2、氣浮設(shè)備操作:
a先打開清水箱回流泵的進(jìn)、出水閥,關(guān)閉射流器的進(jìn)水、出水閥和吸氣閥。
b開啟回流泵。
c在溶氣罐注水至泵的自身壓力到0.45——0.65MPa之間,緩慢打開射流器的進(jìn)水閥,調(diào)至罐內(nèi)壓力于0.45——0.5MPa,微開進(jìn)氣閥入微量空氣,使罐內(nèi)壓力調(diào)至0.30——0.42MPa之間。
d開啟集水池中的提升泵向氣浮機(jī)注入廢水。
e在溶藥捅中加入適量的混凝劑,用清水溶解后,打開溶藥桶閥門,滴入混凝劑,與氣浮機(jī)反應(yīng)區(qū)中的廢水進(jìn)行混合反應(yīng)。
f當(dāng)氣浮機(jī)開啟一段時(shí)間后,氣浮機(jī)有浮渣浮于水面,當(dāng)浮渣達(dá)到5-10CM厚度時(shí),啟動(dòng)刮渣機(jī)將浮渣刮入渣槽。
3、氣浮設(shè)備關(guān)機(jī):
a先關(guān)閉污水提升泵,停止提升廢水。
b關(guān)氣浮機(jī)的出水閥,但氣浮機(jī)仍繼續(xù)運(yùn)行10-15分鐘。
c刮干凈氣浮機(jī)內(nèi)的浮渣,關(guān)閉回流泵。
氣浮分離技術(shù)是指空氣與水在一定的壓力條件下,使氣體極大限度地溶入水中,力求處于飽和狀態(tài),然后把所形成的壓力溶氣水通過減壓釋放,產(chǎn)生大量的微細(xì)氣泡,與水中的懸浮絮體充分接觸,使水中懸浮絮體粘附在微氣泡上,隨氣泡一起浮到水面,形成浮渣并刮去浮渣,從而凈化水質(zhì)。(圖/文www.wxwoma.com)
